A weekend at The Vickery

Last weekend saw us and 8 friends spend 3 days at The Vickery in Alexandra.

We had a great time!!

We had a very productive weekend with really late nights, great food and great laughs.

The sewing machines didn't stop.

We are working on a new quilt that has all these pieces in it....

We'll show that hopefully in the not too distant future but if we don't put a picture in you may all think we did nothing!!!!

Val was very busy, first this gorgeous set of towels for a special new baby..

Margaret is making a stunning 9 patch quilt from swap blocks...

and Sandra also a stunning "T" block quilt...

A lovely time spent with great friends!! Thanks girls.

We also spent time up in the town, looking at the shops, having coffee and a dinner out on the first night. The accommodation was very comfy and the work room was great.
