CAG Quilt Show

WHAT A SHOW.
We had a great time this weekend.  TWO QUILT SHOWS!  We were in "Quilter heaven".
Saturday at Monbulk (see our previous post) and Sunday at Castlemaine.

Here's a photo you don't get very often!  It's of us and our friend Rose who was one of the amazing volunteers at the show.

We would like to thank each and every person we spent time with to us over the weekend.  We had a great time catching up with friends, some of whom we hadn't seen for a while. We also had some really positive feedback about our designs and felt great support.  We are so grateful.

Of course a trip to Castlemaine is not complete without a trip to Threadbear (and perhaps a purchase of farbic!!!)

Of course we had to stop at the Antique shops too.  The Restorers Barn in Castlemaine and Mo's Antiques in Chewton.  Both of whom managed to have our purses opening again..... we can't resist fabric and old crap!

We are hoping Lisa's son, Adam, will do something special with our purchases and as soon as he works his magic we will show you our treasures. Can't wait!!!!!!!
